As above , I realy like ground black pepper :)
I have a donkeys year old grinder , belonged to my pearents ( Sadly long gone now )
The body has split in 2 places and its currently held together with a jubilee clip

Looking for a quality unit , not electric :)

Try one of these. Peugeot Chateauneuf U Select Mat Noir Pepper Mill
You'll have to get a set, but these are brilliant (https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01AT4T4S0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). (I had Cole & Mason before, but mine ended up wearing out - I may have been unlucky.)
Because they are "upside down" they don't leave a mess, and the slanted opening means you can grind before pouring, if that makes sense.

Don't get the Womble Pepper Mill, everything either comes out underground or overground.........
