6 Mullard PCC88 valves, as used in many EAR products.
History unknown, but acquired with an amplifier from a trusted seller on this site.
Not used by me, but all worked well when tested in my EAR 912. I don't have access to a valve-tester to verify condition, but have no reason to doubt these are working perfectly.
