Hello everyone. I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to jump in last night. My name is Antonio and its only recently that music entered the forefront of my interest.

So i've been scouring the internet in my sleepless nights trying to learn what I could how to re create angelic music in my house. And since I have three "younglings" in the house, I decided to go with solid state. So far, I have set up three systems in the house, one in the ante room, one in my study room and the third in the living room. The third one being the most problematic. The equipments are as follows:

Ante room

Marantz sm7, marantz sc7, denon cdp and harbeths p3esr.

Study room

Accuphase e450, accuphase mdp 400, harbeths compact 7es-3

living room

Yamaha cII, audio analogue paganini and yamaha ns-1000m.

I have other equipments and speakers, mostly vintage, that I mix and match trying to find the best fit for the room, the equipments and the speakers. And as I stated previously, the third room is the one giving me problems right now. My other equipments are as follows:

speakers
large advents, spendor s 3/5, rodgers ls3/5a, micra diapason II and vintage wharfdale '70s
amplifers
nakamichi pa-7, marantz 300dc, marantz 250, marantz 2245 (not working anymore)

Being a noob in this hobby, I know I have a lot to learn. As of now, All I know is that, finally, angels are singing in my house, except in the living room. :)

Thank you for the welcome Robert. I really just started in this hobby a year ago. And up to now, I still don't understand half of the things that I have read :)

Welcome Antonia, and you certainly own some great equipment. I love the Philippines and Makarti is a great area. My asawa hails from Palawan.
And if you had been a member here back in March I would have tried to invite myself over to listen to some of your gear :), as I was in Manila at the time.
