Schiit pre-amps sans valves

I've just spotted on the Schiit site that they brought out valveless versions (S) of the Saga (https://www.schiit.com/products/saga-s) and Freya (https://www.schiit.com/products/freya-s) pre-amps. At $299, the Saga-S looks like a steal to me. I'm really pleased with my Saga, but as I find the effect of the valve minimal the Saga S would have suited me perfectly. A very nice passive pre-amp with remote.

It also looks like they are selling off old stock of the original Saga at the moment. Both the US (https://www.schiit.com/products/saga) and UK sites (https://www.schiit.co.uk/preamps/Saga) have them going cheap. The current Saga with Valve is labelled as the Saga+.

I've had the original Saga for about 18 months now, it's a truly great piece of gear.
