Unknown power supply

Hi, I’ve happened across this contraption, I think it’s some sort of power supply. Has anyone got a better guess or can help me with what it might be?

It came with some band kit I bought and I originally thought it might be a phantom supply but it supplies a very stable 13.29v

Battery charger/power supply for a 12V battery powered PA system?

Perfect float charger voltage.

It can be viewed as a regulated DC power supply delivering as measured 13.29v,
but ...perhaps other voltages are on the other pin of the XLR. suggesting perhaps a 48v phantom microphone supply

Is there an image of the transformer ?

SLA battery charger is my guess, probably rated about 5 amps, that depends on the rectifier and transformer.

Thanks everyone, there is nothing coming from the third pin, just 13.29v between the other pins. I suspect it was built by an Amateur radio tech to run and test mobile transceivers.
Cars do not run at 12 volts but up to 13.8 volts.
This is way over built ham stuff, Hams over engineer everything.

A car stereo shop may want it for a test bench.
Or a ham swap meet would be a good place to sell it or trade.
I had this beast.
I had several starting at 2x10 amp , 2x 30 amp , and the beast 60 amp. I could power a very strong Mobil station at home .
