This might just be the ramblings of tinkerer with nothing better to do but.....

I've currently got the digione outputting to my caiman seg and I'm more than happy with the way they perform.

What's got me thinking is that I'm only using one input on my caiman seg and that seems a waste to me.

What if I sell my seg and digione and buy the Allo Katana player? Has anyone tried this? Got a feeling I could be selling apples to buy apples but would be very interested if anyone has gone down this road and what they discovered.

If I do this I'll be preamp down so I'll have to factor this into it but I've got a couple of ideas here to including the schiit saga amoung others.

I used a Digione with a Seg and Longdog Audio LPSU.

I now use an Allo Boss V1.2 with an Ifi PSU and prefer it!

Digione into a vena2 dac section. It's a nice combo and the digione aluminium case is very smart too.
Not sure there is good financial sence in me changing tbh.

Faversham....I've ended up there a few times on the train after a few beers after work

My parents live in Northfleet and I see them most Sundays. Would a Sunday be a possibility? I'd have to being my seg too and it's psu but no a major prob. Be good to hear your set up.

Supercap and clock upgrade are amazing on the seg,best vfm upgrade I’ve tried.
