Wanted: Pair of Monitor Audio MA 3's

This is a shout out for a friend of mine who's a complete forum/computer/IT ludite.
Monitor Audio MA 3's preferably he says Series 2 and with dedicated stands...going to have a butchers to see what these are all about...
He can travel for cash on collection.

Good speakers, the MA3s. I heard a pair in Audio T West Hampstead when I was listening to some MA5s.
I thought the midrange was particularly good.
I believe they used a B & W driver for the midrange. The same model as used in the B & W D5s.
Now they were nice speakers...

Just had a peek at Monitor Audio's website..looking at about page, it states that Mo started the company...apparently there were 4 people involved..Mo was the money man... apparently Martin Colloms and Mike Beeney were main players in technical, but can't remember 4th member...
