I placed a couple of orders with them a while back. Never had any issues. Communication, tracking and delivery were all good.

I've had issues. They are crap at accepting returns. Modern valves are not the perfect equivalents they pretend. Genalex ecc,82 do not work in certain srpp or cathode follower stages. Kt150 120s don't all work in class a designs. Hot rod refuse to recognise this and only do refunds after extensive arguments /legal threats

My son has bought a number of valves from them, direct from the shop, and had no problems.
