Moin(Hi) from Lübeck

Hello everyone!
I'm from Lübeck, which is in the north of Germany.

Music or sound has been a passion for me for a long time and the audiophile world is not far away.

In my studies I started to restore old hifi equipment. But that was mainly because I do not afford the equipment, cause I have a fable for old Bang & Olufsen from the 80s.
Meanwhile I've restored a complete Beomaster 4500 with Beovox RL 60 & 2000, a Beogram 1000 turntable and various other small things.

Also I have a Haden Boardman Phono Pre from one of this forum, which I have some questions for .

Welcome to AoS Kaya,

Bang & Olufsen made some fine equipment that not only looked stylish but had a very good performance. I have one of their tuners (a 1700) and several of their fixed-coil cartridges.

Hey Barry,

yes, the old ones are good. Next week I will pick up some M100 speakers from Denmark.

I hear a lot of different, but mostly stoner rock, blues, funk - so Kyuss, Samsara Blues experiment, Pink Floyd (Gilmour), Johnny Guitar Watson, Supertramp, Roy Buchanan, Prince but also Justice, Breakbot and so on.

Moin, Moin! Welcome Kaya! I have roots in your area through my father and his family. They were all from Northern Germany, and I still have friends and family there -- Kiel, Hamburg, Lűneburg. Wonderful part of Germany. And Lűbeck is, of course, famous for Niederegger marzipan!!! My favourite confection! The best in the world :)
