No Tesla ECC83 but I have approx. 12 Telefunkens and 80 Mullards (white label, yellow label and long plate). All tested on my AVO MkIV. PM me if interested.

...Again, no TESLAs but various other- AVO 160CT tested- rare vintage matched 12ax7/ECC83 5751 types if interested :-)

I might have some Teslas but I don't know how to tell how old they are is there anything to look for?

Yes I have approx 25 used ECC81 (12AT7, CV4024) by Mullard, Mazda, Pinnacle, Jan Philips and CV types.
