Hi,
Rare opportunity to buy a Magnepan Mini-Maggie system.
I have had these Mini-Maggies with the bass panels for about 5 years. I bought them as a demo set from a dealer in the USA and they came with black covers. I changed these for the off-white socks and the light oak coloured wood side stiles. I also added the custom made marble stands for the DWM’s and the solid Ash wood stands for the Minis.
I have used these as originally designed on my desktop with a single DWM and I was completely gobsmacked at the sound quality and sound staging. Absolutely top class.
When I no longer needed a desktop system I bought the second DWM (from the same US dealer) and ran them as a stereo set up with a mini and a DWM for each channel again producing superlative sound.
I also ran them as the L+R channels for a home cinema with great results.
Selling as I no longer need a desktop or cinema system. I have really enjoyed them but I’m now moving on to fresh hifi pastures.
They are all in excellent cosmetic condition and perfect working order. I have all the original packaging, pink noise CD, instructions and fitting bolts.
The Mini Maggie sets sell for £2000 in the UK. The individual DWM panels are £1195 each.
Happy to sell in any of these permutations:
a) Mini Maggies with single DWM with original black bases and/or custom made marble/Ash
bases £900 + £35p+p
b) Mini Maggies with both DWM panels £1400 + £45 p+p
c) A single DWM panel £500 + £22 p+p
