Well, I think I'm done with new kit, in fact I've been flogging off my excess stuff and optimising what I have. For me now it's all about the music and just updating the kit I have so you'll be hearing less from me in the future! :cool:

I've got a few things on ebay myself. Rather enjoying the sound of a Pioneer 7.1 receiver I picked up locally for £60. I'm even using the inbuilt dac. Is that heresy?

A friend has just visited for a few days and we streamed his MacBook into a Benchmark D2A directly into the ADAMs.

We were both blown away with the openness and spaciousness, and with such dynamics the we often had it too loud to start with.

I may well now be finished with other formats.

The croft will at some point get more work done but not before my SondeX valve amp. The 75 has been shelved for now. I don't have any more projects planned. I'm just sticking with what I've got and developing things from there.
