I bought this arm already modded, so don't know is the answer.

I was told by the seller that it was done professionally, but it can be argued that all mods other than those done by OEM are DIY.

Agreed and it looks to have been very well done the counterweand stub as well as the internal and external rewire will elevate this arm considerably it looks like a bargain at that price. GLWS
