Paul, of RFC, has asked me to tell anyone interested in contacting him to please put it off for a couple of weeks as he has had a death in the family and has all he can cope with at present - so, please don’t be offended if you receive no response to any queries - I’m sure we can all sympathise.

No problem and, of course, I will pass on the forums kind thoughts. Paul did reassure me that he will fulfilling the work he has currently committed to but he doesn’t feel up to taking on any more just at the moment.

No worries. Do you know if it was his dad, whom he was caring for, that has passed away?

Sadly it was, I did mention it on one of my threads the other day but it went unnoticed. Paul has had health issues of late too so this will be a very difficult time for him.

Thanks, Mike. Sad and difficult times indeed. It's testament to Paul's unfailing professionalism and commitment to his customers that he can even think about completing orders at a time like this.

Marco. So true, he worked right through really poor health to complete my crossovers even though I told him I could wait.

Very sorry to hear this and sincere condolences to Paul.

I have not met him in person, but he gave me some very extensive and detailed advice via email (for free, I might add) with no pressure. One of the good guys in this business.
