FS: X2 Denon 103M - Need repairs

I have two of these for sale. BOTH OF THE CARTS NEED CANTILEVER AND DIAMOND. Now here's where you get chance to have a new summer project on an extremely rare cartridge, only 5000 103M's were ever made. My last 103M cost me £450 and that was second hand and with no guarantee of diamond usage of cantilever status. This cartridges can be worked over for less than £400. I'm asking £95 EACH. So, potentially for £500 your going to get the ultimate Denon 103, put your own stamp on it and then have a cart which will easily see off something in the £1000+ ball park.

Very interesting 103 variants these. I had one some years ago that came on an LP12/Ittok which was quite an unusual combo. I was into 103's at the time so was surprised to learn how very special and different these are to almost all the other 103 variants. I seem to remember they are closer in concept to the DL-S1 than a regular 103 in that they are lower compliance and low output. From a compliance perspective they are much easier to accommodate with medium mass tonearms aren't they?
