Reluctantly selling this K&K Audio Step Up Transformer. It is a real beauty and has been compared against a whole range of SUT's old and new and nothing I have heard has bettered it. Currently it is set up for 1:10 ratio so ideal with MC cartridges with 0.4 - 0.5mV output so that would be Denon 103s etc. I have used it with a whole range of MC cartridges and have had excellent results.
It is very quiet and has a liquid transparent sound, works beautifully with valve preamps. It can be set up for 14, 20 and 26db of gain by moving the jumpers on the PCB.
I am selling it for £125 + Postage. This is less than half the price of a new one.
It is in mint condition.
