Free speaker upgrade (most speakers)

It's funny how some times we forget that little things can have a huge impact on sound quality .

I moved my floor standers out another foot from the wall and suddenly bass got tighter and they really just disappeared completely and it was totally free.
Unless you have Audio Note UK that need to be in corners or by the wall to make bass try it,its free.
Really, try moving them out more into the room and see if it doesn't open everything up more.

Excellent comment Jeff, a lot speakers work better with a bit of space around them.

I moved my Open Baffles a foot or so further into the room with good effect, except in my near field system they are a foot closer to me.:eek:

But overall a worthwhile experiment.
