The 2.15m tall horns have made it to their customer's home.
The mid horn (top yellow one), upper mid (bottom green one) and tweeter (middle red one) are sitting in the cradles I made.

Look like they are ready to take over the world[emoji23]

The big downward firing bass horns are 1.7m long (horn path) exponential bass horns.
Will cover 50Hz to 400Hz, using 12" horn loading friendly Eminence drivers.

Here are 6 lots of African Blackwood coned feet, with M6 brass mounting threads and 6 matching shoes / coasters.

These will be fitted to a pair of Bubinga wood chassis that I'll be making shortly. More on them later..

Another solid ebony armboard for Technics SL-1210 G deck for the lovely Audiomods Series 6 with VTA adjuster.
Bolted in from underneath, flush top surface.

Off to the USA for this one.

Fidelity Research replacement and new parts.

A couple of weights this time.

One a delicate anti-skate weight, the other a super heavy counterweight to balance even the heaviest cart / headshell combos!

All installed with a Audio Technica 12" arm.

Nice to see things installed.

A new 295g heavy counterweight for the mighty Fidelity Research FR64s/FR66s.

Usual delrin insert.
Finished to match the tonearm in stainless steel.

A bespoke machined from solid brass adjustable armbase.
For a USA EMT tonearm.

Engineered with extra thumb nuts to allow 2 positions to be set, enabling easy adjustment between 2 different spindle to pivot points.

The arm pillar is held in place by double nylon tipped M5 grub screws

Another USA bound SME style adjustable armbase.

Machined from solid brass.

This one is for a Thomas Schick 12" tonearm, with twin nylon tipped grub screws to secure the arm pillar.

Also features a low profile of just 16mm from plinth surface to top of collar. This requirement was due to the customer's armboard arrangement.

These are particularly rewarding to make.

I hope to have some installed pics to share at some point.
It's going to look great on the brushed finish brass armboard the customer uses and with the 12" Schick mounted.

Here's a custom SME 3012 extra heavy main weight and rear weight.
The latter is drilled to take the side bar that carried a smaller fibre adjustment weight.

Lacquered to closely match the originals.

All polished up.

Fitting for a Grace tonearm, with underside recess for the securing nut.

I've been making a second record weight for a customer in Belgium.

This time it's from Cocobolo to match the record deck plinth.

This is quite yellow when cut, as is the dust but turns red once exposed up the air / polished

Next up a SL1210 solid ebony armboard for a Jelco, flush fitting this one and adapted to fit any of the SL-1200/1210 variants, MkII etc also G, GA etc.
Easy enough to adapt to GR too on the future.
