I sent them an internet sky-letter enquiring (in my best Chinese) whether it came with a plastic roof to keep the dust off, but the reply was indecipherable :(

If I was going to market something in China I might just take the radical step of getting a Chinese speaker with some understanding of my product to help rather than guessing and using Google translate

It was a reference to me mentioning beef szechuan, and your taking so long to deliver the correct meaning of that kanji. Some takeaways will give it for free if it arrives late....Oh never mind, it was a crap joke, more so if you have to explain...
