WTD: Technics SL-1200/SL-1210 Turntable

I'm thinking to buy a Technics SL-1200/SL-1210 to compare it with my Lenco L75 TT.

Maximum price is around £300.

Collection preferred in West London area (I live in Ealing).

Might be difficult to find one for that price, gone up a fair bit in the last few years!
I sold one about five years ago for 200.00, but know a friend who sold one early last December for 425.00

Looks like technics are releasing a SL 1200 mk7 soon, no idea on the pricing of it but I would be suprised if it was less than £600. SL 1200s come up on gumtree once in awhile for around £350 or less but usually as a pair and you need to be quick and able to travel.

PM sent. From a quick look at the specs the mk7 looks like it's aimed at the DJ market. It even spins backwards!
