Looking for a single Open Reel Retainer for a Sony machine as pictured below.

Silly suggestion, but have you tried Sony?

OK, I know the generation that used these is 40 years old now, but Sony used to keep spares for many, many years after the likes of Panasonic ran out, so you may just be lucky.......
