Just use a cheap laptop, the software is available as freeware.

This is how I started out before buying a dedicated vortexbox Zen although I must say I have never seen one as cheap as your suggesting.

Looks to be a bargain. Had I seen it at that price I would probably have taken it myself for a second system...…..cheapest I have seen that's for sure.
