I have a NIKKO Beta 40 pre amp and it has 2 knobs missing :( anyone ? :)

Yep, it really would help to know which knobs you need, as I was off sick the day they did mind reading LOL

I need a balance knob , Record out selecter and a Phono selecter , 3 in total :)
In your photo its the 3rd round knob from left to right then the 5th and 6th with the flats on , if you get what I mean :)

You don't help yourself very well do you Al?

The above picture isn't quite clear enough to read the script to see which knob is which.
Take a picture of your preamp, close up and measure the shaft sizes (oh-err missus).

Shaft will be 6 or 6.25mm diameter, or possibly a splined shaft similar to Chines controls.
Also measure the overall diameter of the similar knobs you do have then folks may be able to help, me included.
