What speakers are you going to drive them with Martin?

Hi Andy
I've recently built some jordan eikona dcr's.
These can be wired in series or parallel, 12 or 3 ohm, the latter being higher sensitivity.
I have some el34 mono amps (15to20w) they sound great, but I just wondered, as you do☺.

Hi Martin

I am not familiar with the speakers but I have owned several Zen SE84 amps from Decware which I have used singly and as a pair bridged into Mono, this gave an amp output of 1.8w or 6.0w respectively.

I used my amps to drive 8 ohm 95db sensitivity speakers (tannoy DC) and whilst I thought the amps were amazing, on reflection they just could not handle the speakers, beautiful mids and highs but distinctly lacking bass.

Fab amps without doubt, just as long as your speakers are approaching 100db and you don't listen too loud or your set up is in a massive listening space.

Sorry for posting this on your wanted Ad LOL!!
