Skeleton chassis, weighing notta lot but very rigid.

The design looks very appealing. How does it sound? I could imagine the light weight / high rigidity having a unique signature, very different from a high mass turntable, which could work very well.

Fast, clean, dynamic, punchy and fun. Plenty of grunt and body. Very exciting.

I've just finished demo'ing it for a customer playing some Hip Hop. Probably a derogatory term for the music which was very interesting but I don't know what else to call it. Bass punch and control brought a smile to his face.

The Rega Planar-8 Neo has received and 'Editor's Choice' award in Hi-Fi Choice magazine December edition. 5 stars across the board and a front cover.

Chassis, arm, platter, power supply and drive. So, it's completely different and the price only went up by £20 (IIRC)
