Wanted; selector knob for QED 240CD amp

Wanted a selector knob for a QED 240CD amp. I lent this amp to my daughter but she no longer has any use for it so I've got it back - minus a selector knob -quelle surprise! Maybe selector knobs for other amps might also fit 246942469524696- I'm not bothered if it doesn't match.

I have a QED passive pre-amp probably from the same era which may be the same. What size is the knob?

Looks like it is probably a 6mm shaft, could you measure it, plus the rebate behind to see what the maximum size that can be fitted, or measure the next knob along.

I have a box of assorted spare knobs, once the details are confirmed I can give you a choice.

Thank you both for such a quick response. The rebate is between 7 and 8 mm and the width 6 mm. The next knob along is about 12 mm wide but then 15 mm (roughly) at its widest point. The volume knob is wider than the other two by the way. Hope that helps and again many thanks.

If it is the one you want you can have it for nowt. I can use something else. The QED ain't particularly pretty and I don't care that the knob looks like :) I'll measure it.
