He had Audiolab in Leeds, England.

Phil closed Audio Laboratories Ltd and retired a few years ago. His workshop was half a mile from my office, which was used to be very handy. He worked on my old Rogers HG88 a couple of times and did a good job - nice man and very knowledgeable.
