Looking for DIY PRE PHONO MC current gain

I'm looking for a DIY Pre Phono working in current gain .
I need it for a ZYX Phono MC cart .
Can I find something ?

I think the Aqvox is the only readilly obtainable commercial MC phono stage that works in current mode. It uses balanced XLR inputs, so you would have to have your arm leads re-wired.
