Hello from County Durham!

I have just joined this interesting looking forum.

Current system:-

Turntable(1): Technics SL-1200 MK2 modded with OL armboard, fully OL modded RB250, Denon DL304, Isonoe Isolation feet.

Turntable(2): Technics SL-1210 MK2modded with OL armboard, RB250 with OL Structural Mod, Goldring GX1012, Isonoe Isolation feet.

Phono Stage(1): Linn Linto (used with the SL-1200)

Phono Stage(2): Cambridge Audio Azur 640P (used with the SL-1210)

Pre-amp: Audiolab 8000Q (the latest Chinese-made one)

Power Amp: Modified & upgraded QUAD 405-2

Tuner: Kenwood KT-7020

Cassette Deck: Sony TC-K81

Digital Source: Personal Computer playing Apple Lossless files via iTunes (what else!). I use the excellent Xitel InPort USB powered ADC for recording to PC from vinyl and FM radio

DAC: Sony MDS-JA20ES

Speakers: KEF Reference One

Headphones: Beyerdynamic DT990 (the "hifi" version, not the pro version)

Hi Chris,

I listen to most types of music - almost anything except rap/hip-hop. I am particularly into classic rock from around 1967 through to the early 80's. I listen to quite a bit of classical too. You?
