One last Tidal query?

Tidal often suggest certain albums, when I try and play some of them, they don’t work!

Update : they play on my iPad through the Tidal app, but not through the Muso, which confuses me even more!

They appear to load, and I get the ‘21 tracks added’ message, but nothing happens from that point!

One major annoying thing about Tidal is the lack of a support department headed by a human!
Were it not for the problems I had with Spotify I’d go back to it in a flash!

That’s what I do.

I only use stand alone Tidal on my portable units.

Sorry about the delay replying Chris, I have one of my daughters staying, so having to entertain her.

But yes, bang up to date, however the latest one has caused problems, seemingly sorted now.

But still certain albums will not play, either on the Muso, or portable devices. ��

I don't know what to suggest Craig.
There are plenty of folk on here using Tidal, and their comments about issues are conspicuous by their absence.

Have you tried factory resetting the iPad and Mu-So?

some albums although showing are sometimes not available for some reason. ive had a few.
