Hi my name is Tim from Gilbert Az. I'm a Controls Technician mostly machinary. I'm a musician and I'm currently restoring vintage HiFi gear. On my bench is a 1969 Dynaco Pat 4 preamp. I'm here to listen, learn and provide any positive feedback I feel will help others .
Thank youhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20181103/c49397f0e4822559a42eb51dd3bd8475.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20181103/ac778120d62c73e273c3c8cbe5b088ce.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20181103/ef4a1636f91c254ce73c5978d2cf16d5.jpg

Hi Tim, lovely looking set up you have there, what equipment are you using and what music do you like?. I'm a big fan of the Fender Telecaster, just love the attacking tone. Welcome to the forum.

Welcome Tim,
Hate to be the one to tell you, but someone's nicked your microphone print :(
You'd think they'd go for the guitars first

Not any more...
To be fair, the thieves left him a nice ceiling light.
Welcome to AoS Tim,
I think a lot of your fellow countrymen cut their hi-fi teeth with Dynaco gear. :)
What are your tastes in music?
Oh, and do you drive a Porsche? ;)
Enjoy the Forum

Hello Tim. Welcome to AOS.
We have many DIY'ers and tinkerers here, so anything you're working on would be of interest. You could feature projects in the Drawing Board section or run a blog in the Gallery.
Looks a nice setup you have. At first glance, I thought the speakers were a pair of Tannoy Lancasters, but then I noticed the badges are in the wrong place, so I think Klipsch Cornwall?
Anyway, have a look around and join in the fun, it's a friendly place.
Enjoy the forum,
Geoff.

Enjoy the forum,
Geoff.Well I guess I did short my welcome. Musical taste all over the spectrum (Fusion, blues, country, rock and classical too). I play mostly classic rock, but sing country. I've seen Larry Carlton 12 times over the last 25 years. So I love Jazz Fusion the most to listen too. I love vintage anything always have. I've restomoded several classic cars and trucks. I'm at the age where electronics is less physical just as fun.
