I have this cosmetically challenged B750 that has a faulty mode selector switch ( it’s 95% seized ) I am basically hoping to bypass the switch so that it’s always in stereo mode .
I intend to use it in a second system.
I have the online schematic but I’ve no idea how to show it on here [emoji1743]*[emoji3603]

A ha !!
Here the link to the schematic:

Looks simple enough. You'll need to find the orange and the brown wires running from the filter board(s) to the mode switch, disconnect them from the mode switch, and solder them to points two and seven respectively on the tone control board(s) or alternatively to the wiper connectors on the mode switch. This may involve a small amount of fiddling and re-routing of wires.

I would have thought a bit of contact cleaner would be a better first option if you haven't tried that already?

Tried it to no avail, the switch is knackered, luckily I now have a replacement on its way .
