When this beauty is running I can’t hear a thing but I’m thinking it’ll probably need a little oil but what would you recommend I use ?

if its sounding good its probably oiled. i used sewing machine oil personally, but you will get lots of options with this can of worms:D

Make sure there is no residual cotton left from the cotton buds.

you can also put a driver down covered in a thin linen cloth. works well as long as you dont push too hard..
Nice deck by way.
EP90 gear oil is a good one especially for bearings with play.
I always used a fully synthetic motor oil. Something like 5w/30.
That's a lovely deck. I was VERY fond of my TD125.
