Just got these today, £200 off pink fish. Seemed good value despite the unfinished MDF cabinets. Wanted to scratch a full range driver itch but worried about the frequency extremes. Horn loaded bass with a concentric tweeter over 10khz seemed a good compromise. Initial thoughts... I'm changing the direction of my system [emoji3]https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20181006/ce0738877b00d9c0973569651f1333db.jpg

Look nice. Get full range right and it's hard to beat imv

Yep just a capacitor in the crossover works nicely. Upgraded tweeter apparently.

No tweeters in mine. Don't need them really. A cap is good I tried some at one point but preferred without

Ah I see, not sure about the logic of a cap on single driver speakers?

It's just to set the freq for the tweeter. Blocks everything else to tweeter below the set freq the cap value gives
