Anyone know if these are stock items and if so what they are?

older K's 8” bass paper driver with copper voice coils, modified SEAS units ? I may be wrong.
Anyway 'Hificolective' stock replacements, might be worth getting in touch with Peter Q.

It is hard for me to belive Peter Q. Would make the change from paper to plastic drivers, hemp yes but plastic?
It reminds me of some ANE speakers made from chip board and wrapped in what looked like the viynl contact paper you would line tour kitchen cabnets with.
And no they where not inexpensive but looked like the 1970's junk that came out of Japan sold in Kmarts.
Not what you would expect from Peter at all.
