A bit of a long shot I know but I was wondering if anyone could loan me a mono cartridge and headshell to fit my FR12 arm with a view to buying of course.
I now own quite a few mono LP's and my pre amp has a mono button so I'm curious to hear what a mono cart would do and as my FR12 has a detachable headshell it would be a reasonably easy exercise to swap back and forth between stereo and mono carts.
Money is a little tight at the minute being a self employed brickie off work with a fractured heel bone isn't good for the pockets and so I don't want to shell out unnecessary cash there is however light at the end of the tunnel as I'm back up on my feet and due back at work a week on Monday.
Which means no more daily blood thinning injections and that means I can have a beer because I'm really, really thirsty. :cool:
