Joined up a long while ago, but only spent a periodic time lurking about, so thought it was about time I spoke (wrote?) up.

Hi Dave welcome to the forum. Not sure I'd describe Crewe as sunny but I suppose it's sunnier than Stoke where I am.


I well recall well my trips to see bands at the 'Limelights' 30 or so years ago, I suppose they've demolished it now.

I have a Gyrodec SE with an Origin Lynx arm, and a just bought Ortofon Quintet Black S cartridge. Amp is a Leema Quaser, pre amp a Music Fidelity M1 LPS and finally the speakers are Kef LS50's. I have my upgradeituss under control so no upgrade plans for the foreseeable.
