If I did not already own two pairs, I would be all over this.

The Furutech equivalent of this cable costs over £1000!

Somebody please don't let this go to waste! The connectors alone cost more than £200.

Out of curiousity, why do you want to change this for a DCT 300?

Exactly! I cant believe anyone hasn't jumped to be honest. I would keep it if I had unlimted funds, as I know at some point I'll make system change and this cable will fit in perfectly. Its very smooth and detailed.

I just prefer the Townshends more subdued presentation.

Ah, gotcha - the Venus is super transparent, I got that 'too much' feeling sometimes with Proac D18s, but works perfectly with Proac Tablette's more subdued treble.
I would use tone control to dial down the treble a touch, but many amps don't have any!
