This is a favourite piece of mine There are about fifty different recordings on Tidal. I was pointed to the Arthur Fiedler version (RCA Victor) and it is very good, though I make a point of trying to listen to different recordings of the piece. Viva Tidal!

I've umpteen copies of 'Rhapsody in Blue'.
Not at home at the moment but when I return I'll fish out my copies and will reply.
In the meantime I concur with Grant - the Tilson-Thomas version (on CBS) is interesting, as it uses a player piano where the piano roll is made of Gershwin's own playing.
Oops! The Tilson Thomas version mentioned by Grant is not the one I described. The piano roll version is this one:

From memory, a couple of other versions I have are:

This is worth a listen: https://www.prestoclassical.co.uk/classical/products/8007672--benjamin-grosvenor-plays-rhapsody-in-blue
I saw Benjamin Grosvenor play in Brum and he was superb.
Another good one is this, which has jaz overtones... hard to find now..
