Hi there!

I'm a classical musician by profession, but I'm still interested in hi-fi :) In my free time I also listen to 60's and 70's music, especially rock and prog.

I have two hifi systems: the primary setup consists of a Devialet amp and Trenner & Friedl speakers, and my second system is Naim and Proac gear that I use in my studio. My first ever system was a Naim Nait 2 and Proac Tablette 2 speakers that I got in 1992. For a while I wasn't that much into hifi, but became interested in it again some years ago, and have gone through experimenting particularly with some other older Naim amps among other things - now I have a dual rail Nac12/hicap/Nap140 driving Tablette 10s that I got recently.

Looking for finding good info and enjoying conversations on this forum!

Hi Esko, welcome to the forum. Which T&F speakers do you have?

Hi Martin,

I have the Pharoahs. For me they are quite excellent all-rounders and never cause any listening fatigue at all. Also really beautiful to look at (I have the rough sawn oak finish).

Welcome to AoS Esko.

Where in Finland do you live? Suomi is north of the country if I'm not mistaken. Spent a couple of weeks on holiday in the south around Helsinki many years ago and found your country absolutely beautiful and the people very friendly and helpful.

Enjoy the Forum
Barry

Hi Barry,

just noticed your post. I live in the greater Helsinki area, and "Suomi" is Finland in Finnish. The northernmost region of the country is called Lapland. Nice to hear you enjoyed staying here :)

Cheers

Esko
