As the title
SONY Bravia Home Theatre Projector. Type VPL-AW15

I need a little help here please. I took this in part exchange for some work for a friend.
I know nothing about projectors so is £100 plus £10 post and packing about right?
(I have listed it on ebay at £120 BIN or offers too. It is a cheapskate weekend!)

I have briefly tested it on HDMI and VGA and everything appears to work fine, but my friend had lost the leads and any other accessories it should have, so just the projector and remote control...

Looks a nice thing and for a 1280x720 projector that will scale(not native) to 1960/1080 a great price.

The lens shift option will also aid installation.

Personally i wouldn't buy a 2nd hand projector, if the bulb or the filters need changing it can easily set you back over £100 and a new HD projector with 3000 lumens output is about £500, that being said where else are you going to get upward of a 100 inch picture for £120, problem with them is they need to be installed, so you would need a ceiling bracket and then there's the cabling, what i'm saying is there isn't going to be a cue busting down your door to buy it, the brightness may be an issue as it's only 1100 lumens which means that you would need to be in a dark room to see the picture properly. i don't mean to be the bearer of bad news, but in all honesty the sort of people that have a room big enough for something like this have the cash to get a new one and have it installed, but if you can find the right person with the skills to fit it themselves, then it's easily worth £120 to them.

This was my last 720p projector and the best of all LCD projectors back then.Yes,i have had loads of them!I liked it better than the 1080p SXRD Pearl too!

The lamp is low hours, which is a plus. The price is right as although very good for its time,a nice 1080p can be sourced for not much more.
