Hi my name is Tim I`m a forum stalker who loves music, from the cure to diana krall and everything in between. Most of my system I`ve had from the early 80`s with a few newer bits and pieces thrown in, it works for me.

Hi Geoff,
Thanks for the warm welcome, as I said in my intro a forum stalker from AUS this is our local https://www.stereo.net.au/forums/. Thorens TD160 BC mk2 with a Wand tonearm and Phasemation PP- 300 MC and a few other mods, a Saksa 85 power amp made by Hugh Dean https://www.stereo.net.au/forums/top...omment-1715280, a Aspen valve pre made by Hugh https://www.audiocircle.com/index.ph...ery;album=1257 both of these use Studio Connections Carbon Screened Power cables. Arcam CD73, Goldnenote Phono MK2 and Valab LCR-1 MK2 MC / MM LCR RIAA Phono Stage most of the interconnects are Stereovox. Celestion 551`s witch have been rewired silver for the mids and tweeter and cardas copper for the bass also replaced all the capacitors and replaced the speaker filling great result , I`ve had these since 1980 the drivers and surrounds are mint, ETI Q500 Quiessence speaker cables. As for upgrades I`m hoping to put a new motor and custom speed controller on the TT in the not to distant future.
Cheers Tim
Welcome aboard Tim. Enjoy the forum
