That was from their great era - the ML28 preamp too was the only one HiFi dave would even begin to compare with a Croft at the time, and that was because Glenn had been "absorbed" by his then business partner and couldn't be easily contacted.

ML27/28 better than Krell? Back then, you bet ya, big time!!!!!!!
