As above!
Pm if anything, mucho gracias
If and when you get hold of one I would be interested to hear what you think as I've owned a 2Qute for a couple of years now and have toyed with the idea. I have read on other forums that people have been pleased with this upgrade but the designer Rob Watts insists it was designed to be used without a LPSU and adding one will make no difference. I have also read of people using 12 volt batteries to good effect.

Will do. Yes I've read all the blurb too, but something I'd like to try myself, although wont be paying the new price for one as Im not convinced by the 2Qute yet, while its definitely detailed and lively, for me its missing its central body, and thus 'soul'.
There is a Teredak Chinese one that many in the US have used with the 2Qute for £90 which is reasonable on the money front, so tempted with that also.
Very true but at the price point I couldn't find a better usb dac and to my mind and at this price point that soul you talk of is the difference between digital and vinyl reply.

Possibly, but a NOS DAC such as the MHDT ones have soul, in fact so does the one inside my NAD C388 amplifier..
