FS: MERIDIAN G08 for repair

Selling my Meridian G08 cd player, cosmetically superb, unmarked casing, front display perfect, remote working fine and in mint condition, the transport is smooth quiet and loads discs fine but after a short while the laser stops reading the disc, so it needs new optical pickup, the part apparently is still available. Or if you have a spare transport for one of these its an easy fix
So for sale as it is at £295 plus p+p

Have to agree with Mike as I have a G08 myself - moved up from a 207 :-)

Could be a bargain if sale price + repair price is less than £1000 - cheapest I've seen 1 of these for sale

Way off topic - but I do like your G08: - Does that happen to be a Rush CD sat in the tray in your 2nd photo ?
Without getting out of my chair to check my own, it looks similar to Power Windows.
