‘The Nord One SE UP NC500MB Amplifier is our upgraded Stereo amp. Using Nord Input Buffer Boards with high end discrete Sonic Imagery 994 discrete Op Amps, running in full Class A. Superb Quality Japenese all aluminum case, solid 44mm diameter aluminum isolation feet. Patented CHK gold plated solid brass 60A binding posts, Switchcraft gold plated metal body XLR socket, Quality mains sockets and blue “Halo” illuminated front switch.

So we take a mix of standard products add bespoke touches and use high quality European and USA components, sell them direct to you missing out the middle men, offering you a high quality product at sensible prices.’


The amp was new in Jan 2018 and has hardly been used and is in immaculate condition. Balanced inputs or SE with adapters.Original packaging and still under manufacturers guarantee.

I've been told Nord has a 10% Summer Sale on bringing the new price of this amp to £1774, inc. the 12v trigger option and upgraded Japanese case. So Price drop .. I'll take £1450. This price is an absolute steal for a fantastic -sounding amp.

You have the model Number wrong!

The MB at the end stands for Mono Block, if it's stereo it is Dual Mono or DM as the suffix.
might make a difference if people are looking it up on the Nord site re price new ;)

I have two of the full house Dual Mono's in the older narrow case, they fit side by side on my shelf, where the wider case wont, same electronics though.

They are a fabulous Amplifier especially with the Sonic Imagery discrete op-amps as input buffer.
