Long term lurker and audionerd / music lover here.
Born in Sweden many years ago and now living in Westcliff-on-sea Essex and a fairly recently regained obsession with audio gear and odd pressings after a move to a larger property where I now have the luxury of a dedicate listening room (combined office).
Music taste is broad but main focus is on jazz, blues and singer songwriter stuff. Most played artists at the moment would be Doug MacLeod, Eric Bibb and Nils Lofgren with the weekly jump in to Dire Straits, Diana Krall, Ane Brun and Bishop Briggs.
My main system is a work in progress but right now I have:
Arcam CDS27 SACD player
Rega P3 turntable using the stock Elys 2 cartridge (either going to replace the whole table or at least take the dive in to an MC cart).
Tidal via laptop
Leema Elements DAC
Leema Tucana II amplifier
Audio Physic Avanti 30th anniversary speakers
Cables are mainly vanilla QED
Pondering getting a digital streamer instead of the laptop.
Also building a small second system which so far consists of a pair of Kef R300 bookshelf speakers and a Yamaha A-S501 amp (want to replace this by a smaller neat unit like a Cyrus or a Bel Canto).
Will try to get a few pics up.
