For Sale: MDF & Birch Ply Plinths L75 etc

I decided to do a limited run of plinths, shaped to my specs.

The top plate is recessed, more room around the motor, smaller dimensions... and a choice of MDF or Birch Ply.

Excellent finish on both bare Birch ply & MDF plinths...Birch Ply are ready to clear varnish or even oil...MDF's are ready to paint IMO very smooth finish.
no rear holes made for ancillaries, totally your choice. Turntable fits in woodwork like a glove:
I have 4 Birch Ply and 5 MDF's left.

collection welcome, I'm based in North London, Hornsey or otherwise I can meet you along the M11 corridor or top half of the M25. No extra for petrol.
Can post, but they are a little heavy esp Birch Ply. Postage to UK only, (be about £12 to £15, I'll find the cheapest..) I think postage abroad is going to be heavy. Ad also posted on Lenco Heaven FYI..If you need better Pics, PM me your e-mail address...and I'll send them on..

Recommended feet for my plinths...wood feet are cheap and a no no

You could go for a bit of cheap bling from ebay...

or get this little known secret of mine..these are ISO Pucks, and they are used to support studio monitors etc on Studio desks. They are the best isolating feet you will find this side of £300!!!!
They are brilliant, problem is they are made in Canada, sole importers are in UK, but won't sell to individuals...I got mine from Juno's
But you could try Amazon...etc.
Costs are £50+ for a pack of 2....but they are really worth it! * *

I use these on my Garrard 401, though in turn I use that on an Acoustic Base - my preferred way of doing it. I hate spikes on kit.

And yes I'll be using them on the MDF plinth I got from Don :)
