Thanks. Yes it's in very good order. :)
FFS SOMEONE - GRAB IT!!!!!
The 909 is a great (iron fist in a velvet glove) sounding amp and the UK made ones were better capped than (it seems) many Chinese made examples. Loads of power and I believe this basic design was one with healthy power increase into 4 ohms (230WPC from memory) without current limiting effing it up as in earlier Quad domestic efforts (I can't speak for low impedance behaviour of the 500 pro models).
Brilliant price (606mk2's were going for similar money not long ago when I was looking).

Thanks. It is a great amp and in very good order. Sad to let it go but it's not being used so someone has a chance of a bargain here. :)

Is it still available? If so, do you have a photo that shows the marks?

Yes still available and here are some bigger images. You probably need to increase your post count in order to PM me. :)
I'm very surprised this still here. I would have been all over it if I was in the market for a power amp. I heard one at a dealer's in Newcastle a few years ago, driving big Keg reference speakers........awesome power along with finesse.........a very musical amp. Glws
