FS: Audiosector Patek SE power amplifier

A wonderful two box power amp from Peter Daniels well regarded Audiosector brand.

‘Inspired’ by the Kimura-san designed 47labs gaincard circuit, this unit takes the principal as far as it can go, with a substantial, separate PSU. The amp is hand made and quite beautiful, with solid copper and exotic hardwood, although there are some marks on the amp unit as you can see. The power unit is in first class order however.

Glad to see that this fine amp has sold and to remind those who might be interested that I have one of these up for sale too.

Mine is a later Patek V.2 unit bought direct from Peter Daniels from his home/workshop back in 2011. By this time Peter had refined the unit and had substituted the mesh top with a solid block of aluminium to improve heat dissipation. He produced a special floating voltage power supply for me optimised for the UK.
